2017 Summer Baseball Performance Camp
Camp dates: Starts June 12th and runs until August 11th ** No class July 5-8 & July 13-15**
- Contenders Camp - Designed for 12-15 year old baseball athletes. Program will focus on building fundamental speed and agility technique, while also improving full body strength. We give our athletes the tools to be technically proficient.
Packages: 3 x week or 2 x week
- Elite Camp - Designed for Varsity High School and College baseball athletes with a fully customized program for each athlete. We a address the same thing as the contenders camp while also taking into considerations what each athletes mobility/flexibility needs and individualized arm care work to keep our athletes healthy and resilient.
Packages: Unlimited classes or 3 x week
- Recovery sessions - Are open to all athletes and used to help athletes increase mobility, work on flexibility as well as work on some basic movement patterns. Think of this like a "tune up" for ache muscles and joint.
We will also be offering Speed and agility classes open to all athletes for free. Location TBD.

WHAT DO YOU COVER IN THE Summer BASEBALL Performance CAMP?
The camp will teach athletes how to properly perform a dynamic warm up to best prepare their body for the demand of the sport.
They will also learn how to perform resistance training specific to their body. Every athletes has their own obstacles to work on to perform exercises properly. This can be anything thing from: growth spurts, knee or shoulder discomfort, lack of active range of motion, lack of core strength and coordination just to name a few.
Speed and agility technique has a lot to do with learning how to position yourself to accelerate (start) and decelerate (stop). One the fundamentals are learned, then we teach our athletes to express (use) those positions to me more efficient. This in combination with the new strength gains will allow the athletes to run faster, and start and stop quicker.
WHAT IS THE CAMP CAPACITY? (HOW MANY BASEBALL PLAYERS IN EACH CAMP?)
For safety concerns and to keep the highest quality of coaching, we will limit the camp to 6 (six) athletes. This will help make sure the athletes get the right attention to learn the techniques taught in camp. We want to keep the quality of work high, while we also keep a safe environment. So make sure you sign up soon before you lose your spot!!
